The Challenge
RaskRask’s partner platform needed a major usability upgrade. The existing system made booking management inefficient, leading to frustration and lost time. Users struggled with an unintuitive UI, and the lack of mobile optimization made on-the-go access difficult.
Research
To identify core issues, I conducted usability tests, analyzed user behavior through click tracking, and gathered feedback from partners. This research revealed three major pain points:
- Booking management was inefficient, making everyday tasks slow and frustrating.
- The UI lacked clarity, leading to frequent errors.
- Mobile optimization was missing, limiting accessibility for users on the move.
The Solution
With these insights, I focused on improving efficiency, clarity, and accessibility through a full redesign.

- Streamlined Booking Flow – A smoother process for accepting, managing, and rescheduling appointments.

Process & Execution
I started with low-fidelity wireframes to validate new workflows, then refined them into high-fidelity UI mockups using a design system for consistency in typography, colors, and components. The result was a modern, user-friendly platform that empowered partners to manage bookings with ease.
